actually, since nothing at all seems to happen without this man having ten layers of contingency around him, i wonder how cobra commander will wiggle out of this one (or is bush cc and rove destro? maybe dick cheney is destro, i dunno. metaphor requires further analysis).
day two at work. got away with wearing a tee shirt, but wont push it. can sleep an extra 45 minutes (and i needed it, i think i had one too many beers last night) and still get to work at around 8:45 AM. met steve the IT guy today. he seems like he might be palestinian or israeli (accent).
vive la pancho villa. mi burrito pecito con carnitas y frijoles negroes y salsa verda a ayer está haciendo mi tripa enojada. dios mio!
[edit -- man i get manic at work. i mean, i thought i was a lazy prick but i am going out of my mind not having my work mise en place set up that i'm talking crazy shit like: "let's cobble together a junker of a PC we can slap unix on for an admin box.." and (thinking to self) "these boxes need screen, and perl, and sudo, and ant, and and and..".]
