Etymology: Republican
Any judge, usually appellate (spec: Federal) who interprets the Law, as is their job, in a manner which is against the current Republican Party Platform.

Any judge who interprets the Law in a manner which is contrary to Liberal, bleeding heart socialist policy; and which, furthermore, helps pass Republican legislation through a Liberal Congress. (Arcaic, last used in 2000).
