me: you could check in the end product, but there are probably better products
me: interesting idea tho
me: the idea is to make the inventory product (i mean product in the NIA sense of the word) as tamper proof as possible
me: so in a sense, delivering it to a system whose end goal is for many people to tamper with many products (shared source repository) is antithetical
